TO THE HFSM WINTER GALA!
This is OUR biggest fundraiser of the year. Faith based education is so important for our kids, more so now than ever.
Winter Gala Information
When: February 5th, 2021 5:00pm
Where: Alerus Center
Tickets are $50. Price pays for Dinner, wine, setup/service/cleanup, greater giving program. Ticket purchase also gives you a chance to win a "super table" for the 2021/2022 winter Gala. Tables can seat 8 people. Ticket sales run from Nov 16 - Jan 11. Tickets are refundable if we need to go virtual.
We are now allowed to be at 50% capacity of our space which amounts to 500 guests!
As of right now we cannot have the dance, so event time will end at 10:30pm. Alerus will follow all CDC guidelines, Masks will be required unless you're eating or drinking, there will be hand sanitizer throughout the space.

5:00 pm - Doors Open and silent auction begins
6:45 pm - First Ice breaker game
7:00 pm - Dinner begins
7:55 pm - Second Ice breaker game
8:00 pm - First section of silent auction closes and live auction begins
8:30 pm - Second section of silent auction closes
9:00 pm - Dance starts
9:15 pm - Check out begins
